Personal Profiles

Personal Profiles and profile management in-vehicle is a method of personalization for a user in their vehicle. This feature embodies an unboxing experience that would allow the customer to setup their vehicle (akin to getting a new phone) to their liking and take those preferences with them when they go to another Ford/Lincoln vehicle. This experience is an intensive undertaking of coordinating multiple channels such that FordPass and in-vehicle experiences coordinate through a cloud infrastructure to provide a consistent streamlined experience. This feature would utilize multiple methods of identification of the user in and out of the vehicle.
