I’m a UX and interaction designer with 12+ years of experience based in southeast Michigan. I design in various fields ranging from mobile, web, and automotive. I’m passionate about doing the right thing for users. I spend my days leading a team that creates and designs holistic experiences that put users at the center of the design journey.

 

In my latest role at Ford Motor Company, I was a UX manager of a mobile apps and connectivity section in the Digital Product Design organization. I designed and provided design support for my team with a focus on multi-channel features such as over-the-air updates, personal profile (profile management), access & authorization to the vehicle, and service & maintenance.
